Job Purpose:
The Commercial Junior Officer will assist the commercial team in managing and developing business activities, ensuring smooth operations and efficient execution of commercial strategies. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Commercial Operations:
- Assist in the preparation and management of commercial documents and reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of commercial activities.
- Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activities.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide support as needed.
- Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Compile and analyse sales data to support commercial decision-making.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and customer feedback.
- Identify areas for improvement based on data analysis.
- Administrative Support:
- Organize and maintain commercial files and records.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and proposals for commercial meetings.
- Support the commercial team in daily administrative tasks.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all commercial activities comply with company policies and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to commercial activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably in the facility management industry.
