We are excited to announce an opportunity for a skilled and passionate Civil Engineer to join our esteemed team. As a Civil Engineer, you will be a key contributor to our projects, bringing your expertise to ensure the successful planning, design, and execution of civil engineering initiatives. Responsibilities:
Lead or assist in the planning and design phases of civil engineering projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and specifications.
Conduct site visits to assess project conditions, identify potential challenges, and provide input on the feasibility of proposed designs. Coordinating with Site teams, clubs and sub-contractors.
Stay abreast of local, state, and federal regulations and codes to ensure project compliance, obtaining necessary permits as required. Monitor statutory compliance by carrying out regular inspections and audits
Work collaboratively to develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.
Oversee construction activities, collaborating with contractors and subcontractors to ensure projects are executed according to design specifications and quality standards.
Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, mechanical and electrical engineers, to run toolbox meetings/daily pre-start meeting to achieve project milestones and foster team productivity, attending Weekly / Monthly meetings
Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure the integrity and safety of civil engineering projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- H2S Competency or confined space training Certificate is a plus
- 3 to 5 years of experience as Job Performer
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant design software.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
