Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and ADNOC-approved HSE Officer to join our dedicated team. The HSE Officer will play a crucial role in implementing, managing, and maintaining health, safety, and environmental programs in compliance with ADNOC regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and enforce HSE policies and procedures in alignment with ADNOC requirements.
Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate HSE requirements into project plans and activities.
Lead incident investigations, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure that all personnel are trained in HSE procedures and emergency response protocols.
Maintain accurate records of HSE activities, incidents, and compliance documentation.
Stay updated on ADNOC regulations, industry best practices, and emerging trends in HSE.
Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions to promote a culture of safety awareness.
Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  2. ADNOC approval as an HSE Officer is mandatory.
  3. In-depth knowledge of ADNOC HSE regulations, codes, and standards.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is highly desirable.
  6. Proficient in conducting risk assessments and implementing control measures.
  7. Must have 3-5 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry.
